Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee is due at the time of registration for a Brighter Way course.

Brighter Way’s cancellation fee is 25% of the course tuition up to forty-five (45) days before each program. After that date, no refunds will be issued because patients, anesthesiologists, and clinical treatment rooms have already been scheduled.

Brighter Way may cancel a course up to forty-five (45) days before the first day of the program.

The full registration amount will be refunded for courses cancelled by Brighter Way.

Brighter Way is not responsible for travel costs incurred for a cancelled course. Please consider this when scheduling flights and hotel arrangements.

All attending dentists who are not licensed in Arizona must obtain the appropriate Volunteer Health Services Registration or other authorization accepted by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners before treating patients.

Arizona Volunteer Health Services Registration may authorize up to 14 days of volunteer practice in each calendar year and is applied for every two years, subject to Board approval.

Attending dentists are covered under Arizona’s Good Samaritan Act. Brighter Way requires every attending dentist to notify their malpractice insurance provider about the program.

The number of implants or procedures is not guaranteed because participants have different levels of clinical skill and experience. Brighter Way will make every effort to ensure that each doctor experiences multiple surgical procedures.
